Lee Physical Therapy & Wellness has a staff of locals that make it our priority to provide unparalleled and personalized rehabilitative care to our neighbors and community. We offer a broad range of physical therapy services to allow you to return to your active and healthy lifestyle as quickly as possible. LPT is a one stop shop, offering programs to help avoid injury and stay healthy.

We offer physical therapy, functional strength training and nutrition counseling. Nobody knows your body better than you. That is why we engage in a collaborative care approach, where we work together to meet your rehabilitation goals.

Our primary mission is to provide you effective and high-quality physical therapy treatment and fitness training. No matter the type of physical limitations you are experiencing, our goal is to reduce your discomfort and enhance your overall physical function.   • Our individualized habit-based approach; Includes up to 12 continuous months of establishing fundamental nutrition habits.
  • Our advanced nutrition approach; involves macronutrient coaching and requires mastering our habit based approach as a prerequisite.
  • Individualized nutrition coaching is included with private and semi-private training clients. Nutrition only options are available as a standalone program. Nutrition only programs will be conducted online through our training app with options for monthly in-person check-ins.

  • Programs always start on the 1st Monday after you enroll & will be pushed to the following Monday if you enroll after 12am Fridays
  • Program includes customized exercises, videos and fundamental nutrition habit modification and/or macronutrient coaching.
  • Monthly individualized pain free functional strength, conditioning, nutrition & accountability programming (adjusted weekly as needed)

  • Access to the members only Facebook group. Meet other members, communicate and most importantly, upload exercise videos for us to analyze and give feedback on how you move/exercise (video uploads can also be done directly in your app)
