Baseline Assessment

We begin with your InBody 270 scan and consultation to evaluate:

  • Body fat percentage
  • Skeletal muscle mass
  • Segmental muscle balance
  • Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
  • Visceral fat level

You'll sit down with your Strength & Nutrition Coach to review your report, define goals, and build your personalized strategy.

Customized Nutrition + Training Plan

From your results, we design a plan that includes:

  • Calorie and macronutrient targets tailored to your metabolism
  • Protein optimization for muscle retention and growth
  • Progressive resistance training (in-person or app-based)
  • Hydration, sleep, and recovery protocols to keep your metabolism firing

Ongoing Accountability

  • Weekly check-ins through our app to review adherence, energy, and recovery
  • Monthly in-person meeting and InBody scan to assess data and make adjustments
  • Each plan is readjusted as needed based on measurable results and your feedback

Final Review & Long-Term Strategy
