The Total Rebuild Program is an immersive, high-touch experience designed for individuals ready to completely transform their health, eliminate pain, and rediscover strength and confidence.

Created and led by Lawrence Lee, M.S (in progress, Exercise Science), CSCS and Dr. Katrina Lee, DPT, this program combines the precision of physical therapy with the power of performance, mobility, and resistance training.

You’ll be guided by two professionals with over 30 years of combined experience helping thousands reclaim mobility, strength, performance and quality of life.

This program is built for individuals ready to make lasting change—with the combined expertise of our Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength & Movement Specialist guiding every step. Together, we address pain, rebuild strength, and unlock your body’s full potential through a proven, hands-on approach.

What’s Included

One Assessment/Evaluation

Your first session is a comprehensive evaluation with both our Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Together, we take a deep dive into your current movement quality, injury history, pain patterns, and lifestyle demands.

You’ll receive:

One initial comprehensive evaluation

  • Movement & Postural Assessment – identify joint restrictions, muscular imbalances, and compensations.
  • Functional Strength Testing – measure baseline mobility, stability, and strength across major movement patterns.
  • Personalized Plan of Action – a clear roadmap outlining how we’ll restore optimal movement, eliminate pain, and build resilience.
  • Education & Strategy Session – understand the why behind your pain or performance limitations, and learn how our integrated approach bridges therapy and training.

Two Weekly Sessions

Work one-on-one with both your Physical Therapist and Strength Specialist for a fully integrated experience. Each session blends corrective therapy and performance training.

Bi-Weekly InBody 270 Analysis

We don’t just guess progress—we track it. Every scan provides precise feedback on muscle mass, body fat, and water balance.

MLS Laser + Manual Therapy

Advanced recovery techniques designed to reduce pain, accelerate tissue healing, and restore mobility.

Custom Training Program + Gym Access

Your plan is built uniquely for you—tailored to your goals, injury history, and lifestyle. Every workout lives inside our Lee Strength Therapy App.
