Gym hours do not change on holidays — members always have gym access.
Monday – Friday
4:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Unstaffed Hours (subject to change)
Weekdays:
- 4:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends:
- Unstaffed all day
Members should always be prepared to unlock the door using the Lee Strength Therapy app during unstaffed hours.
For members who prefer not to use their smartphone, key fobs are available for purchase.
To purchase a fob, please call the front desk or send a message through the in-app messaging system.
Door Access During Unstaffed Hours
Unlocking the Door
- Open the Lee Strength Therapy app
- Tap Door Access (bottom right)
- Select Unlock Main Door
- Wait for the light to turn green and listen for the beep
- Do not turn the handle — pull the door toward you, then push it open
- Please close the door securely behind you when entering or exiting
Important Access Rules
- Do not hold the door open for another person, even if you know them
- Each member must access the gym using their own app or fob
For members who prefer not to use their smartphone, key fobs are available for purchase. Contact the front desk or use in-app messaging.
Door Access Support
Gym Check-In Requirement
Once inside the gym, please check in using the app by tapping the Check-In icon on the home screen.
This helps us track facility usage and keep the gym operating in an organized and efficient manner.
Gym Rules & Standards
- No supersetting or hogging multiple machines
- Share equipment when asked — we are all one big family
- Bring your own towel (towels are not provided)
- Re-rack all weights after use
- Wipe down equipment after each use
- Dropping weights: Allowed downstairs (within reason) | Not permitted upstairs (too loud and not intended for that use)
- Appropriate footwear required
- No coaching other members unless you are a Lee Strength Therapy coach
- Keep personal items neat and out of walkways
- No guests unless approved or registered
- Follow all unstaffed hour rules at all times
